Useless

I can’t believe a company as big as Woolworths and as admired by people is so useless with some useless staff. They have been calling for months to close my account and it’s been two weeks since I fully paid and now they are lounging. Literally refusing to close my account and I’m so sick of it. Last I spoke to some useless agent on WhatsApp and she said she was sending me a paid up letter but nothing. I go to my credit score and it still show that my account is in arrears. Can you ****** close that account like I’m sick of it
