Useless

No matter how many times you try to explain to them that your brother has sent them an email, they still refuse to read/reply to said emails about updating his information, getting a statement on his account that he hasn't used in two years and to remove my number from their System as they are now constantly contacting me as their two brain cells can't figure out how to read an email
