I am disgusted with woolworths online orders.My wife placed an online order with woolworths more thantwo weeks ago and the earliest slot for delivery she could get was for today 17July.Only today that the order was due they informed her that they are not able to do the delivery and will refund her money who knows when.Whe are elderly people living in a retirement villge and try to avoid going to shops as requested by government.Why could they not inform her in advance or at least just move the order to a later day instead of leaving us stranded at the beginning of a weekend.If they can not provide the service they advertised no matter for what reason then rather cancel it and save customers a lot of trouble and time.SHAME ON WOOLWORTHS
