used PLASTER/BAND AID found in frozen chips

<p> ********** 3- ********** 78 is my reference number.</p> <p>Frozen Chips, a plaster was found.</p> <p>i mailed Woolworths on the 13th of Arpil with a photo of the plaster in the chips, delivered the packet to my closest branch and today they apologise with "Following your complaint, we have conducted a full traceability investigation with the manufacturer which involves detailed investigation of all raw materials involved in producing theice cream"</p> <p> </p> <p>yes, Ice Cream and i bought Chips plus one used plaster and their compensation is a R50 voucher.</p> <p> </p> <p>Disgusting service and you cannot get to speak to a Manager and your request to speak to one is unanswered!</p> <p> </p> <p>No Treating The Customer Fairly here.</p>
