Urgency for customers

I app**** for a woolies store card and I went to the melrose arch branch to collect the card, I waited 20minutes to be assisted . The assistant was not at the help desk after being helped the store assistant advise I come later to collect store card . I came back after an hour to collect store card it still wasn’t ready , the assistant told me she’s been busy not understanding it’s the second time I’m coming for the card. I waited another 30mins for he card .
