UPSET CUSTOMER

To whom it may concern....

I went in to one of your stores in Port Elizabeth(woolworths in Baywest Mall).....I was assisted by a rude cashier at customer service by the name of Cadey ( short lady, light of complexion, dark short hair) when I took my sons clothes bought by his father umtata she pulled her face and exclaime "ARE YOU GONNA RETURN ALL?" I then asked her why is she asking she then replyed by " how do you" I then kept quiet since I didnt want drama she carried on with the transaction and captured a gift card to the value of the clothes I returned...I then asked for my slip thats when hell broke lose she told me she needed to make copies and I really ddnt mind she dragged herself to the photocopy machine and after 5 minutes she came back telling me she's having problems with tge machine and she's going to take a while since she has to call the store that the clothes were bought for. I told her I dd not have time as I am lunch break she then said well I must leave my details.....I wasted my lunch time with a pathetic cashier who made her problems mine! as I am writing this she kept the gift card to herself and my slips....I have never in my life had this ****py service....I Want my gift card and complimentary gift for wasting my precious time with such people
