was at woolworths to return a bag that i got as a gift.and they dont wanna take it back.now i have a bag.that i dont like and managers at woolworths dont want me to exchange.which i fail to undestand.the poor customer service it got.and that the policy of woolworths is not being put to practise.so dissapointed with woolworths and its managers.woolworths somerset mall
