Uprofessional customer service at Woolworths, Woodlands mall

I went to Woolworths at The Grove mall on the 5th of October 2019 to purchase a lingerie set. I was told that the bra size that I wanted was finished. However, their system shows that there is a last size available at another woolworths at Woodlands mall. I informed the sales lady that I could drive to Woodlands mall to buy it if she could request them to keep it for me. The sales lady, Phumzile tried to phone Lingerie department at Woodlands mall. However, the phone remained unanswered for 10 minutes. She dropped the phone and tried phoning again, the phone just kept ringing without an answer. I ended up leaving without buying the lingerie set. The customer service at Woodlands mall is disgusting and unacceptable.
