Upgrade your system

Yesterday, I found a pair of boots online that I was interested in, I then phoned my nearest branch & ask if they had stock of it. They had no stock, & the operator checked their system & it indicated 4 branches in the Southern Suburbs that had. Because of the distance she suggested buying online, I tried, had no luck got stuck. I then opted for the closest branch which was about 30km away & their closing time is earlier than most, hence, I left soon after work in peak traffic.<br> I got there looking for the boot however, no luck, I saved a pic of the boot, & approached a shop assistant, she then said that they don't have any stock of the boot, & was aware that the system shows different. I mentioned to her the other branches that the system indicated & she said that branch was looking for a pair from them earlier the day, so they too have no stock. I explained to her that this was a real inconvenience & management should have reported the delay in the system, as I drove 30km in almost an hour because of peak traffic based on incorrect information provided. Just to find that they didn't even have one pair in stock. Why does the system not update in real time?
