Update of Personal Details

Tried to changed my personal info for the last 4 years. Filled in forms at Gezina stores and nothing changed. Emails send where they sebd back someone will call me up to now nobody can assist me or rather *********** staff working at Woolworths. I tried to call them 1 hour on the phone with NO assistance. I cant log into the App on my phone my ID belongs to another email address that is not even mine. Pathetic useless service. I will pay my account and cancel my account at woolworths. Very upset about this client service.
