I had a payment plan previously when I did not have a jab. Since then I have paid my dues ever since I got my job. Now I had a baby and am on maternity leave. They told me they are not able to help me. Quote “ Your account will be in arrears Miss Smith until you pay your account and also it will be handed over to an agency.“

I am going to close this account an ask people to think twice before supporting Woolworths.
