Unwilling to assist

I had a house break in where my car and wallet with all bank/store cards among other this were ****** including my ID and License. I was unable to get a temporary ID at home affairs while applying for my ID replacement. I went to a Woolworths store with a copy of my ID, my temporary drivers license, and an affidavit with the incident as well as the receipt from home affairs for the replacement and a confirmation SMS from them with my ID number. They were not willing to assist with a replacement card. When they opened my account they were happy to use a scanned copy of my ID but are unwilling to assist you without an original ID document, not other official documents are accepted in you time of crises.
