Unwanted sms from woolworths rewards

Woolworths rewards is still sending unwanted spam sms many years after I returned my rewards card and specifically told them these sms were the reason and asked them to STOP SENDING SMS to me.

I also registered my number on the "do not contact list", but nothing works. Nobody in this company is listening...
