UNUPDATED PAYMENTS BY WOOLWORTHS

I have a Credit card with Woolworths, I have paid it 3 times via EFT however non stopping smses and emails even threatened to hand me over yet the account has been paid. Today I went to their store again and topped the payments that have not been updated. I am so irritated that even after one call and indicate that they paid and drive to their stores but what a poor service I received from Woolworths. 1 thing I will pay up this nonsense credit card and close my account ts with them
