Until when will the employees get bossed by managers

It has been really unfair how Woolworth treat their workers, if only they could treat their workers the way they treat their customers that will be a good thing. I've been quiet for such a long time but I hear people forever complaining about the kind of managers they hire to mistreat the employees, it's a pity they can't complain coz they afraid to be fired and to others they get unfairly dismissed until when is the matter going to happen, many woolies employees find it hard to wake up and go to work under such managers like the likes of josia, thato and faith to mention a few. They boss people than to manage them., just because they have powers they think they can do as they please with the other employees
