Unsatisfied customer.

Hi there,

I went to Woolworth store at Germiston today to purchase underwear as a birthday gift but before I reached home I realize that I took a wrong size (large instead of small ) I went back without even opening them to return for exchange but the store manager refused. I understand the return policy but as I explained I work in the mall and I did not go home with them.I just want to change the size is too big.....please assist on this matter.
