unsatisfactory service (not worth one star, but had to put it in)

Waited an hour for scrambled eggs on toast and poached eggs. The toast was wrong, the eggs where cold and the poached eggs was not what was ordered. The poached eggs where swimming in the vinegar water it was made it. When we addressed the manager, he said that they are busy, to which I rep**** " if you are so busy why is it that we had to wait for our order for an hour and the people next to us waited 15 min for theirs", He just walked away. This behavior and favoritism is unexceptionable and should be addressed.
