UNSATISFACTORY SERVICE
I bought two shirts on sale at Woolworths Greenstone and did not wear them immediately.Upon wearing one I realized that it was a bit tight . I enquired from the store to establish if there is a recourse this and I was informed to bring the items .On the 30th November 2018 I brought the two shirts to the store and informed the gentleman at customer service that I am returning the shirts as explained to me and that one of the shirts was worn already .He then called his senior who came and passed a snide remark on whether I will buy a worn shirt which came as a shock to me .She then came back and said each shirt was now worth R0-01 and went further to ask if I am aware of the return policy .I told her I was never shown or read the policy and was clueless about that aspect. She went further to say the shirts in question are no longer in stock .As she could not assist I then asked to speak to the supervisor a Ms Desire Ramodibe who could not assist at all and she in turn called a Mr Ndaba who had an attitude towards me .He did not greet or identify himself but asked if I am the gentleman returning the goods. H e asked about the return policy and again I told him that the policy was never read or shown to me . I also raised a concern that I have been in the store for over an hour and that they were not assisting me at all. He then picked up the shirts ad shoved them to me and said those are my shirts and there is nothing he could do .Please note that I also requested to use the store telephone to log a quiery with Woolworths but was denied the use of the telephone . I am now raising this matter for a recourse . Regards Herbert Bokaba
