Unsatisfactory Roast Chicken Woolworths

Purchased Butter Roast Chicken Sat 28th May at Woolworths Trade route mall, it was the worst ever. Not sure when I would eat it again. Chicken fell apart as we opened to warm it was dry and had awful bitter after taste.
