Unsatisfactory customer care

I went to the store looking for a jacket and was promised that it would be orded for me and that I would be called back when it has arrived. I went to the store some reandom day only to find that they had it in store however it was finished by the time I was in the store and no one had called me as promise. The manager of the shoe department then took my details again and promised to order the jacket for me . I waited and waited no one called until some random day I went to the store and to my surprise the jacket was in store... I am highly against workers of these store promising byo call customers back when they have no intents of following up on their promise
