Unsafe to shop at Woolworths, Sinoville

On Thursday, 8 December 2022, at approximately 13:55. I shopped at Woolworths Sinoville. When I was standing at the milk fridge I felt something tug on my handbag. I became aware that my cellphone was missing. The shop was quite and there was only 2 people next to me. I saw my cellphone in their shopping cart, took it. The man rep**** that I left it there. I immediately called for security. Although I was about 3 meters from the entrance there was no security present. The manager came and I explained, to which she rep**** that the security can not help me because he was somewhere at the back of the store. The two ******* then walked out of the store without anyone stopping them. It was clearly an inside job, and the manager did nothing to assist. It is not safe to shop at Woolworth Sinoville, and the store doesn't care about their clients.
