Unresponsive

Useless online service. It's been over 3 weeks since I emailed a query; still no response. I want to purchase gift cards, for collection. Gift cards are classified as food so aren't available for click and collect. As food they also don't qualify for free delivery, despite being above the value that would qualify for free delivery if they were classified as food. Woolies was always synonymous with good quality and good service - I guess not anymore. I will not be buying gift cards for family from Woolies anymore!!
