Unresolved Woolworths Account Query.

I have been struggling for years to get my account with woolworths resolved, the account was settled but it still reflect that I owe them R46.00 and it is reflecting my credit score negatively. I have communicated with woolworths so many times to be cleared and I even have the paid up letter from them as a proof but it seems like it is a mission for them to reverse the outstanding amount reflecting and as a result, I continue suffering because of their incompetency. I have sent my queries to their queries department but their respond was very unsatisfactory as they told mt that the matter has been escalated to their credit department as they deal with payment arrangements and overdue accounts, of which I felt very insulted as the account has been settled in full for years now and I won't be making any arrangement to settle. All I need from them was to reverse the outstanding amount and to send update to all credit bureau informing them that the account was never outstanding as their report reflects.
