Unresolved Woolworth App - Leading of unused vouchers

Unresolved Woolworth app Issue - Request for Immediate Assistance I'm writing to express my extreme frustration and disappointment with the Woolworth app that we use to swap when we do payments and claim rewards. I did everything I've been told by the cashier's at the shop to solved the problem. I am talking from sending emails , calls made , deleting the app and re register , nothing is been working. I cannot even remember when was the last time using the app +- 1 year
