Unresolved ****/**** Woolworths making life hell!

Around 2013, I tried applying for a home loan. I was denied a loan because of an outstanding amount on a Woolworths account. I have never opened one and the store could not provide evidence of when I did yet I apparently owe more than R 5000.<br> I PROVIDED AN AFFIDAVIT DISPUTING THIS ACCOUNT , and was given assurance it would be sorted speedily.<br> Two years later my life is hell as it remains unresolved and cant qualify for anything!<br> I have called their head office and am being sent from pillar to post.
