Unreliable

I placed orders on 02/11/2017 and there is a delivery slot where you tick for the delivery date suitable, I was supposed to receive my orders on the 6th already when I trace my order it say order shipped for delivery on the 6th, I called this morning and I was advised that the driver left with the delivery at 09:30 but to this time I haven't received my order, the reason for me to choose that delivery slot was because I am closing at work today so that means my order will not be delivered at my workplace until I return back to work in January and I would understand if the delivery was free like other retail stores Edgars and Zando now I had to pay R50 and get this disgusting service.....
