Unprofessionalism

I know woolworths is a company that doesn't care about their clients cause they have a reputation of not replying to our complaints I guess that's why their managers were very rude to me and didn't want to listen to what I had to say as a client. I bought trousers from woolworths and didn't fit but when I went there the managers were very rude. If someone still cares about their clients please do contact me.
