Unprofessional Staff

I don't know my son was very disturbed by his credit application process 1.Your system could have declined him immediately . 2.He sent all paperwork and facial verification was done 3.He was pre-approved R18 000.00 Credit 4.He does the follow-up and your unprofessional staff are giving him an attitude What is wrong with you do no take an advantage of our children that are bring you future business
