Unprofessional service at Woolworths West Street, Durban

Horrible service at Woolworths West Street Durban, from a young lady called Sithabile, very unfriendly, unprofessional, read out my balance instead printing it a slio showing the balance, made me uncomfortable knowing everyone in the store knows whats available or not available in my Store account. My rating is actually Zero, I have been to other Woolworths stores, but this my first type experience such a bad service.
