Unprofessional Online team

My online delivery from the 25th of January still hasn’t arrived. No communication as I have to constantly call them to check and it’s always ‘it’s going out today’. Have called them about 7 times to 1. Called them three times to ask them to change the number , they say they did but didn’t till this day Numerous times to ask about the delivery I’m being told different things and I’m tired. It’s the centurion mall online team that seems to have very unprofessional staff. They lie to you so many times with ‘ we will call you back’ and ‘ it’s going out today’ . Oh to top it off , Woolworths debited the same amount again. Was even ‘assisted’ buy the head office online who almost promised me it’ll go out yesterday(06/02/2021) but it didn’t
