Unprofessional is an understatement

I bought shoes at Woolworths for my daughter and they don't fit,I send my friend to take them back and they process the money back into my card and I used a debit card,which is treated as cash consultant bty the name of Tsamago decides to treat it as credit card,what an inconvenience that is .Woolworths cresta is the worst place to shop at,they discuss customers in their home language saying this 1,is crazy I even told the cashier that was helping me at 1 point to tell them not do that it's so wrong and unprofessional.Im so glad I closed my account,bcs the standard has dropped and they are ruining the brand image.
