Unprofessional customer service

I am a customer for over 12 years now at Woolworths and I always shop with best customer service at malls but on the 9th shopping at landros mare street in Polokwane central was a nightmare, I was on a long queue with slow service on POS then I saw fragrances written 'Try Me' then I decided to test it on my skin while waiting then boom🤯 there comes an unprofessional lady supervising tills, so quick with stinky attitude to tell me never test a perfume on my skin I must use a strip. She was so quick to see me using a tester but failing to reduce queues. I so wanted to buy it cos I always use their beauty products then I decided to leave it. Very bad customer service in central and I reported to the manager he said he will address to it.
