Unprofessional Call Center Consultants

Im very disappointed at their call center very unprofessional consultants. As someone who worked for the company I'm well aware of how strict they are when it comes to customer service. Two weeks ago I requested a refund from my store card account and I was told they'll resolve my issue I've waited till this time. Today I called again and when I was explaining to the consultant I was speaking to she hang up on me. Im so disappointed with Woolworths.
