Unprofessional and ********* conduct

I was so disgusted and frustrated again yesterday between 17h00 and 17h30 when shopping at Woolworths Windermere in Durban.

I tried to purchase cooked chicken and could see that 4 were available but was told that I couldn't as another customer booked it. I questioned this debating that reserving for customers not present was not allowed, but was told that they were not reserving but holding the chicken for the customer who went to get a trolley.

I watched for over 5 minutes with the customer not returning to fetch but was still shopping in the store.

I called for the Manager and Jayshree responded and agreed with me, but did nothing to resolve the situation.

I was left to feel like I was in the wrong for bringing this up and nothing was done to alleviate the situation.

I am a regular shopper at Woolworths and this unfair treatment leaves me to reconsider using this store for my regular shopping.
