UNPROFESIONAL!!! RUDE!!!

I've been trying to open an account but it seems that all Woolworths employees are *********** to do their jobs!!!<br> because of their mistake i now have to wait another 30 days to be able to apply for an account and when i phoned customer care the guy on the phone decided to put the phone down while i was still talking because he didn't like what i said???
