Unpleasant shopping experience

My friend and I bought the rotisserie barbeque chicken from Woolworths(Fourways mall) this afternoon, after a very unpleasant experience from the staff at the store. To add to this upsetting experience, we found that the chicken was undercooked as we were cutting the chicken up. Needless to say, we had to put the chicken in the oven to avoid food poisoning. The poor customer service at the store and the undercooked chicken left a bitter taste in our mouths and has made us very cautious of buying any ready made meals from Woolworths in the future. NB: We have taken photographs and a video of the chicken to support this review.
