******** credit card admin payment

Woolworths contacted us 3 years ago and offered a credit card. I declined the credit card but have been charged R50 admin fee/month since then. Today I phoned again to query this charge and was told that they will refund all charges since June 2015 when it expired. I demand full refund of every R50 deducted in this 3 years, no one signed authorisation of this debit order and I never received a card!!! This is ********** action on Woolworths part.
