******** arrest and attack on a persons integrity

I am so unimpressed with Woolworths South Africa, located in the Hemmingways mall in East London in the Eastern Cape. My aunt was in the store to purchase chicken and a carrot cake. When she got to the chicken counter the chicken was finished and was in the cooker. When she asked how long it is going to take, she was advised that it would be 10min. She then opted to go purchase some other items at a near by store and come back for the chicken. When at that store, she realised that she had not paid for the carrot cake and then turned around. When exiting the store, the Woolworths security was already at the door waiting to arrest her. She then was dragged to the Woolworths offices, her pictures were taken and is being advised that she is now red listed on the Woolworths platform. 1. Where was this security who is now apprehending my aunt? 2. Where is the footage to show that she was engaging the staff at the chicken counter? 3. Why is ahe not allowed to pay for his stupid carrot cake?!! Why is Woolworths so eager to make an arrest a person without even hearing them? What behaviour is this?!
