Unknown credit card

A month ago I downloaded the Woolies App. To my surprise i noticed that a credit card was linked to my profile apart from my store card. To make this even more interesting, it reflected that my credit card was in arrears for more than 6 months and handed over to an external collection agency. I do not have a credit card with Woolworths. I immediately emailed Woolworths customer care, with absolute no response to date. They only reply was they will get back to me. This is really affecting my credit report as it decreases the score and yet all my accounts are up to date. I have no choice but to complain on Hellopeter.
