Unhygienic, foul smelling plastic bags

Woolworths Food in Eldoraigne using rotten, foul smelling plastic bags since last week. No one doing anything about it. Spoke to store manager; very passive and unhelpful. These bags are disgusting and unhygienic. If they don't have any other bags, isn't the health and safety of customers more important than keeping the store open and sending customers out the door with their food in these bags?
