Unhelpful staff and ridiculous policies, bad quality products

I took an item to exchange that was gifted to me . Please note i am a mother of 2 small kids and i hardly ever venture out of the house in the current times. The store flat out refused to exchange it for me because they dont Stock It in that particular branch and they suggested that I go find a branch that stocks it. In this current situation i must traipse all over kzn looking for a store. I'm a full time working mum and I work from home with 2 small kids and no helper and i had to sc**** the time to go to Woolworths and they have to hit me with this ridiculous policy. As far as im concerned if its a Woolworths product any branch should take it back. It is not my problem to find a correct branch. This is completely disappointing unacceptable behaviour from woolies and I'm disgusted at this treatment Another issue i have with Woolworths is that the girls clothes seem to shrink all the time. If i bring into. Store the pjs and dresses i bought for my daughter and u compare it with the same size u will see that it shrunk. And after kne wash. Abominable quality. And it happens to. Stuff with particular fabrics. Ive asked around and many others are having this experience. Why isnt anything being done about it. And since we wash it and theres no tags what can we do about it. Ntn.
