Unhelpful Rude Staff Rosey Martens

<p>My mother had purchased a blouse on the 25th November 2016 from Woolworths due the to it being Black Friday she didnt not try it on there and then. She tried it on to wear it on Sunday, it was to big for her so i go to woolworths at Galleria Mall Durban to exchange the 2items.</p> <p> </p> <p>I choose the blouse and pants then go to the till, the lady exchanges the pants but not the top. The cashier goes to the back to speak to the manager and comes back to tell me it had been worn, i asked if i could speak to the manager. A lady (Rosey Martens) with an extramely rude face "don't give a damn attitude" appears from the back office. she tells me this top had been worn. So I ask if i could borrow a pair of secissors i cut up the top and leave it on the counter and pay for the new one then I left the store.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was completely humiliated in front of a line of people being treated by staff who paid to assist clients and slove problems. The tag for the blouse was in the packet along with the till slip, the blouse smelt like perfume because my mum did try it hoping to wear it, we have full cctv inside our home and out if woolworths wishes to take this further they most welcome to do so. My mother woolworths account avbl balance is over R30 000, we are not idiots to be playing cheap I am sure thats how the staff members family behaves but we are from a prominent elite family.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have never been humilated infront of people like that before please check your camera footage 29/11/16 at 18:04 the mens section paypoint. i refused to stand there and argue with common idiot.</p> <p> </p> <p>To make matter worse i called the store twice and the manager in charge of the store still has not got back to me!</p>
