Unhelpful regarding exchange of shoes

What bad service I logged a complain 5 days ago noone called me I had to call to find out what happened with regards to my complained they called the shop and the person I am complaining about who was so unhelpful called me how do u resolve a complaint like that no 1 she was not even apologising she rather became angry with me so unprofessional I have never been treated so badly I buy almost every day from Woolworths and this is what I get they not taking me serious the Woolworths that helped me is balfour park thanks to them but I am very unhappy with Woolworths Melrose Arch.
