Unhappy with online payments

I am vey unhappy with online payments and how the situation was dealt with.I made an online order , when making payments the funds were pended in my account.After 4 days another amount was taken for the same order.I called them and they are saying they can only refund one transaction after 10 working day THATS 2 WEEKS OVER SOMETHING THAT WAS AN ERROR ON THEIR SIDE I think this should be dealt with quicker because you are causing me a financial detriment
