Unhappy Customer with Woolworths

Hi. I have a query about Woolworths. I settled my Woolworths store card in April 2019 and called them to close it. I just got a call now that I owe them and my account has been handed over to MBD for collections. I called their customer services again and my issue is still not resolved as they are making me run around in circles.
