Unhappy customer. Three weeks overdue.

<p>I got a jacket for my birthday from woolworths, the size being a bit too big. I went to woolworths the next day (Woolworths, Woodlands Boulevard) on the 21st of May to exchange the jacket for a smaller size. They informed me that Sandton is the only one that had a smaller size but they would order me one and phone us when it was ready to collect. Promising is not to worry because they will order it for me, helping me to not to go to Sandton. Three weeks later, I phoned only to find out they never placed the order and now there is no size smaller. It is absolutely unacceptable. I've been waiting so long to wear the jacket and now I won't be able to because it is too big. Thanks Woolworths. Terrible customer service.</p>
