Unhappy Customer

I am so disappointed with the service i received from Woolworths Northgate as i called them. I needed to collect my card and i am told i need to bring an original ID. i lost everything, my handbag was ****** and i am told there is nothing they can do. I mean i moved all my funds in my card. What do i do in an instance like this? where will i get that money to get an ID when i moved all my money in that card? I am so disappointed really
