Unhappy Customer

I visited Woolworths Maponya Mall to buy a few things , I was on my full uniform as I was at work. The security lady shows me the queue which went past Miladys and I asked her if we stand in queues as staff who work at the mall she said yes so I called the store and was told that staff need to stand in the queue. So we have 1 hour lunches so does this mean I need to spend my lunch in the queue? That’s not fair because we priorities essential workers when they come to the bank.
