Unhappy customer
i bought shoes at Woolworths Paledi mall when i went to return them i was helped by Nchabeleng who then called Rebecca to authorize ,when Rebecca came through she said she cannot authorize since the shoes are no longer on the system because they went on markdown ,and now if they must refund i must be given a cent ,i said in other words you cannot adjust the cent to the price of the shoes when i bought them she said no i must just take them home ,and i asked how is it possible that when an item is incorrectly marked you can adjust the price on your till but now you are refusing ,i said if thats the case then im going to complain to hellopeter she said go ahead ,what irritated me is her attitude not being considerate of my time going to their store and come back unhappy ,to return the shoes i bought from their store ,i don't know if whether the attitude is based on the fact that the store is in the Homelands therefore there's nothing you can do ,unlike if i were in Gauteng there's plenty of malls where there's lots of Woolworths to choose from ,i get that at times you don't know how to help a customer in that instance she should have called the Store Manager or the Assistant Manager unlike saying to me go ahead and complain before you can offer an alternative ,what i do know is that Woolworths is a massive company it will never go under bcoz of Authorization an item to please a customer ,that's not what Woolworths stand for ,if a refresher course needs to be offered to employees so that they understand that they are there to do a job and represent Woolworths for what it stands for .
