Unhappy customer

I bought lamb shanks at Engen woolies at Rondebosch yesterday, whilst taking out on its packaging the smell was awful the packaging was not properly vacuumed I called the Engen store to tell them about it I waited and waited for the store manager and unfortunately ran out of airtime I paid about R450 for both Shanks it was all a waste we opted for a different option for supper and thy still never got back at me someone needs to do something about it
